They are always exactly on time, and even so, they always call to ensure that everyone is aware of where they are and what time they will arrive. They are incredibly courteous and kind, and are smiling and happy and generally enjoyable to be around.
They take great care to dis-assemble and assemble all furniture, ensure everything is wrapped and protected, and provide more than adequate boxes, wrapping, tape, labels, and anything else that could make the move easier.

I also want to take this opportunity to say how efficient Mike G. and Tarek E. were in their non-stop pace through the day. We started off packing up my art studio and then moved down to pack up the apartment. Mike and Tarek did not miss a beat. Their camaraderie and experience showed the professionalism of the company. My paintings, boxes and furniture were packed in safe and secure using blankets and brackets to hold everything in place, nothing moved. Mike also showed his expertise in driving when we had to come up to a tight spot at the back of the building. The moving truck is awesome, top of the line, computerized, clean and organized.
